4. Data Sharing & Third‑Party Processors

We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, solely for the purposes stated and always in accordance with GDPR:

  • Payment service providers – such as Wise and Stripe, for secure payment processing. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for details on their data handling practices.
  • Delivery and logistics partners (including but not limited to India Post, Austrian Post, DHL, and DPD) – for fulfilling your orders and deliveries.
  • IT service providers – for website maintenance and technical support.
  • Marketing service providers – only with your explicit consent for promotional communications.
  • Government authorities or legal bodies – when disclosure is required by law or regulatory obligation.

All third-party partners are contractually obligated to comply with GDPR and ensure the protection of your personal data.

5. International Data Transfers

When you select the “Direct Delivery from India” shipping option during checkout, we share your delivery address with our sourcing and shipping partners based in India to fulfill your order. India is not currently recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. Therefore, we ensure appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), are in place to protect your personal data.

If you choose the “Delivery via Austria Hub” option, your personal data, including delivery address, is processed and handled exclusively within the European Economic Area (EEA).

All our partners are contractually obliged to comply with GDPR and to protect your personal data in accordance with applicable law.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for:

  • Contract performance – typically for the duration of the business relationship plus up to 3 years in accordance with applicable statute of limitations.
  • Compliance with legal obligations – such as tax and accounting laws, typically up to 7 years after the end of the calendar year of the transaction.
  • Legitimate business interests – such as fraud prevention, typically up to 5 years unless a longer period is required by law.

After these periods, your data will be securely deleted or anonymized unless longer retention is required by applicable law.

8. Automated Decision‑Making & Profiling

We do not use personal data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects as described in Article 22 GDPR.

We may implement web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) in the future to analyze aggregated website usage for service improvement. If implemented, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly and ensure compliance with GDPR, including obtaining any required consents.
